How long does it take for an order to be produced?

We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 72 hours. If an item is out of stock then this will add a minimum of 24 hours to the turnaround time as the garments are ordered on demand. 

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Please utilise the order tracking provided on shipping your order. If an order does not arrive after 10 working days and is considered lost, a replacement can be shipped, please send details of the order to: corvusengland@thescentcorvus.co.uk

I have received the wrong item, what can I do?

Mistakes can occasionally happen, we request a photo showing the incorrect item to be sent to: corvusengland@thescentcorvus.co.uk and once received a replacement will be shipped free of charge. We do not request that the incorrect garment is returned to us.

Can we cancel or change an order?

Once an ordered has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes as each product is made to order. If the order has not processed through our system, then we can cancel or make changes. We typically process new orders at 9am each day.
